Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Uros Roleplay Minecraft server and its associated website and forums located at urosrp.co.uk (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

Uros Roleplay is strictly 16+.

By using our Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years old
• You are permitted to play online games in your country
• You understand and accept these Terms and all server rules

2. Accounts & Security

• You must have a legitimate Microsoft/Mojang account.
• Account sharing is not recommended and may result in action if misuse occurs.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Community Standards & Conduct Rules

Players must follow the Community Rules posted on our website/forum. These include:

Prohibited Behaviour (non-exhaustive):

• Harassment, discrimination, bullying, threats, hate speech
• Excessive toxicity, trolling, griefing or disrupting roleplay
• Inappropriate or sexual content involving minors
• Cheating, hacking, modding, macros, exploits or duplicated items
• Impersonating staff or other players
• Posting malware, harmful links or spam
• Sharing personal or private information (doxxing)
• Encouraging real-world violence, criminal activity or self-harm

4. Roleplay Conduct

As an immersive roleplay environment:

• You must follow story/lore decisions set by staff.
• Permanent roleplay actions (e.g., killing another player’s character) require consent or staff approval.
• Metagaming, powergaming or breaking character (outside OOC areas) is prohibited.
• Erotic roleplay is prohibited, especially involving minors.

5. Enforcement & Staff Authority

By using our Services, you acknowledge that:

• All Staff decisions are final.
• Misconduct consequences may include: Warnings, Muting, Temporary bans, Permanent removal, Deletion of content, or Loss of in-game assets.

6. Donations, Monetisation & Minecraft EULA

Our donation system follows the official Minecraft EULA and marketplace requirements:

All payments are voluntary and non-refundable, unless required by UK law.

7. Server Ownership & IP

All server content remains property of Uros Roleplay including:

• Custom code, plugins, systems & mechanics
• Custom textures, art, branding, and design
• Server-generated lore, regions & world history

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Our use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You must read and agree to both documents.
