Terms of Service

These Terms govern participation in Uros Roleplay, including the Minecraft server, website, forums and other services operated directly by Uros Roleplay. By using those services, you agree to these Terms, the published Uros Rules and other policies that apply to the feature or community space you are using.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Uros services.

Uros Roleplay is a 16+ community. By using Uros you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and are permitted to use the relevant online services in your jurisdiction.

• Deliberately misrepresenting your age may result in removal from Uros services.
• You must use legitimate accounts and must not use another person's account to evade restrictions or identity checks.

You are responsible for the security of accounts you use to access Uros. Do not share passwords or authentication material with staff or other players.

• Account sharing is discouraged and does not remove responsibility for activity performed through the account.
• Uros may restrict access where an account appears compromised, is being used to evade sanctions or presents a security risk.
• Staff will never require your Microsoft, Discord or forum password in order to investigate a moderation matter.

The current Uros Rules set the detailed behavioural and roleplay standards. Those rules form part of these Terms and may be updated as the server develops.

• Harassment, discriminatory abuse, threats, cheating, exploit abuse, griefing, impersonation and disclosure of private personal information are prohibited.
• Metagaming, powergaming, combat logging and other conduct that undermines fair roleplay are governed by the Uros Rules.
• In-character authority does not create out-of-character authority over another player.

Uros may investigate suspected rule breaches and take proportionate action to protect the community and services. Action can include advice, warnings, mutes, temporary restrictions, temporary bans, permanent removal, content removal or other reasonable safeguards.

A staff decision is not made immune from review simply because it was made by staff. Where Uros provides a review or appeal route, the published review process applies. Emergency action may be taken first where delay would create continuing risk, with the decision documented and reviewed afterwards where appropriate.

Donations are voluntary and do not purchase staff influence, moderation outcomes or control over server policy. Uros intends its monetisation to remain compatible with applicable Minecraft commercial-use requirements.

• Uros does not intentionally sell gameplay advantages that undermine fair play.
• Payment-card information is handled by the relevant payment provider rather than stored directly by Uros.
• Refund rights remain subject to applicable law and the terms displayed at the point of payment.

Uros retains rights in its original branding, custom code, systems, commissioned assets and server-created material to the extent those rights belong to Uros. Players retain rights they hold in original content they create, subject to the permissions reasonably required to display and operate that content through Uros services.

Do not upload material you do not have the right to share. Uros may remove material where reasonably necessary for legal, safety, technical or moderation reasons.

The Privacy & Data Policy explains what information Uros processes, why it is used, how moderation records are handled and how to make a privacy request. Service availability is not guaranteed and Uros may change, suspend or retire features where reasonably necessary.

These Terms may be updated when Uros changes materially or where clarification is required. Material changes should be reflected in the version history. Questions can be raised through the normal Uros support routes or by emailing admin@urosrp.co.uk.
