The people of Astrya watched their once-thriving fields wither as the Fading crept across the land. Crops dried, wells soured, and the warm winds of summer turned cold, Families gathered their belongings, heirlooms, and loved ones the heart of Astryan identity knowing these would become the soul of whatever future remained. Under the guidance of House Headsted, the first great expedition was organised. They gathered scholars, carpenters, farmers, soldiers, and families into a collective and prepared to brave the unknown sea. When the time came Astrya’s people boarded ships not only to flee the Fading but to safeguard their culture. Days later, when Alphos rose from the horizon, lush, fertile, and seemingly untouched by decay.  the voyagers felt hope stir again. Under House Headsted's coordination, the first shelters and palisades were raised, forming what would become the Headsted Encampment, the first Human foothold in Umbria.
