Backstory
RELEVANT BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Silas Vale is an adventurer wandering the island. Standing at 178cm, Elias is currently traversing the island, searching for a purpose.
Silas was born in a small house in a quiet village on a different island, a way larger one. He was raised by his parents in a relatively ordinary household, his parents originated from a large city but later decided to move here sometime after in order to feel something new. His father was a blacksmith and his mother spent most of her time working at home.
His parents supported Silas as he grew and although they weren’t the overly affectionate type of parents, he knew they still loved him. He grew up accustomed to keeping to himself and being rather capable.
Silas had a rather uneventful childhood. He spent his days learning skills from his father and other people in the village such as woodworking, hunting, farming and blacksmithing. He even learnt cooking from the local tavern owner.
All of this changed after reaching the age of 21.
Silas got… Bored of life.
He needed something new, a way out of his current one.
That’s when he saw a poster posted up on the board in front of the tavern.
“Visit Athosia Today, A Land Like No Other.”
He needed to get there.
He needed to see what made it “A land like no other.”
He became an adventurer.
Despite his love for his parents, his mind said otherwise.
After saying goodbye to his parents for possibly the last time, he left his home village, taking some things with him.
He then took a small donkey carriage, heading for the nearest port.
When he arrived there, he didn’t spend any time.
He bought his ticket and got onto a vessel called “The Expeditioner", after getting onboard, he walked towards the stern of the ship, placing his hands on it as the boat set sail and the land slowly disappeared over the horizon.
He arrived some time later.
Now’s where his Adventure begins, his quest to search for a new purpose.
